Harriss Property
Margate – Ramsgate
Harriss Property creates design-led, contemporary, quality homes for individuals and families seeking to live in the South East of England.
Want worked closely with Harriss Property to establish their target market for both The Beach Houses Margate and The Bread Factory in Ramsgate by way of extensive research and consumer profiling.
Want created and managed the identity and website re-brand for Harriss Property to better reflect their design led approach to development.
Want were also responsible for the marketing campaigns for The Beach Houses, a collection of 11 contemporary homes overlooking Westgate Bay in Margate and Harriss’s refurbishment of the Grade II Listed former Hovis Flour Mill into 92 residents – The Bread Factory in Ramsgate.
Due to time constraints and site restrictions Harriss were unable to construct a show suite for The Beach Houses prior to launch, so Want integrated a 3 dimensional element to the site hoarding to give prospective purchasers a ‘view’ into what could be their future home.
Working with the team who developed the original ‘viewfinder’ Want produced a 3-D photo shoot representative of the interiors and lifestyle of the new homes that are displayed throughout the hoarding giving participants a glimpse inside.
Working with photographer Lee Robins, Want art directed a series of location shoots in and around Margate, Ramsgate and the South East Kent Coast.
Want also collaborated with photographer Ola Smit on the lifestyle campaign for the Beach Houses.
Want developed and managed the Public Relations strategy for the Beach Houses focusing on local, London and national targeted media within the design and property sectors.
Want managed the furniture procurement for Harriss Property’s waterfront, two bedroom Beach House in Margate, Kent.
